All sandwiches were very very soggy inedible

Order arrived cold after 50 minutes although the branch is 10 minutes away from the delivery location

المستوى نزل جامد عن الاول. العيش سئ جدا والمكونات مش فريش. تجربة مش لطيفة ابدا ومش متناسبة مع السعر وسمعة سمايليز المعتادة. خسارة.

I asked for my sandwitch (NOT SPICY) and called the call center to reconfirm and the lady told me sure no worries and still got it spicy!!!!
