مستوى في النازل طعم في منتهى السوء ولما اشتكيت عجرفه في الرد و مش مقتنعين ان ازاي اشتكي مع ان مافيش حد اشتكى حاجه صعبه اوى بصراحه

الكنافه كانت سيئة جدا و وشها كان محروق جدا، لا انصح بتجربة الكنافة النابلسي الناعمه

لو فيه أقل من نجمة كنت هديها للمطعم ده، بيتأخر وتغليف سئ جدًا والجودة بتاعت المنتجات أقل من صفر والحاجة مش نضيفة

Will keep calling to find address. Very arrogant very rude customer service. Quality is less than average. Canceled my order because it was in English.

Very bad quality of the kunafa not sweet at all (almost salty) and not even extra syrup. Ordered two ice creams and only received one, was originally charged for the two but deducted it from the receipt when I noticed the missing item.

Tried the naboulseya! Delicious and most importantly not too sweet

Delievery package is really good but it takes long time

The quality is getting worse. The kunafa is always sent with almost no sugar syrup on it and only one little container and sometimes it's not fully cooked. I will give it one last try and then decide whether it's worth ordering from again or not cuz ...

احلى حاجة عندهم كنافة بالنوتيلا والموز والكريمة دى بجد تحفة غير كده مفيش

اسوأ تغليف شفته في حياتي الكنافة في طبق الومنيوم رديئ و كيس بلاستيك ابيض سادة يعني لو جايبة كنافة من مخبز في الشارع هيدهالي كده...كواليتي الاكل أقل حتى من المتوسط

Good flavour, cooked when ordered so arrived perfectly warm. Good service, always call to ask the opinion

If i could give it 0 stars i would but there isn't, Soft kunafa nabulsia sucks, uneatable and not kunafa in the first place, it some sort of yellow dough like biscuit with very little amount of external syrup... My whole family hated it completely

The kunafa was so bad and the cheese Inside was the worst I throw it in the trash and really it was just waste of money

الكنافه سيئه ومش مستويه غير من الوش بس قلب الكنافه مش مستوي

I ordered A large kunafa nabolseya with cheese and qeshta.. and it caused sever stomachache, excruciating pain and non-stop Diarrhea.

Worst Kunafa ever, got “ben nareen kunafa” it wasn’t well cooked and the cheese tasted really bad.
