the food is very cold, and they didn't bring any spoon. I had to throw the food in the trash because I can't eat it cold like that

very bad taste, cold sandwich and very bad rice, I don't know how anyone can make rice this bad

The order was supposed to be here by 9:5 but I got it by 9:34 which is outrageous. the food was so cold I couldn't even eat the mozzarella sticks. it was awful and the bread was really bad.
