Order was so cold and missing items

أوحش مكان تتطلب منو اكل، طلبت سحور من الساعة 2 ووصلي الساعة 4:30 بعد آذان الفجر وملحقتش أتسحر وكان مكتوب ان الاكل هيوصل بالكتير في خلال ساعة بس طلع كدب

مينفعش أكون عاملة اوردر سحور قبليها بسعتين ونص ويجيلي على الفجر وملحقش آكل وكمان ادفع للأكل ، دا أوحش مكان أنا عملت اوردر منو في حياتي ومفيش ضمير حتى للناس.

Delivery asked me another amount, need to call me urgently to clarify more

I had specially ordered not to add rocca leaves in sandwich in spite of writing they were added in sandwich. The sandwich was dry as there was no tahina in sandwich and the temperature of taamia was cold.

الاكل جالي بارد جدا و جالي الفول سادة مش إسكندراني

The tama’ia was plain and wasn’t stuffed with kiri cheese only a very small portion of some cheese spread in the sandwich

اتأخر ساعتين و تاني مرة يجي الحاجة ناقصة و يخصم فلوسها و فيه حاجات مش مستوية

اسوء و ابطى خدمة توصيل

The kiri eggs was labna not kiri and the foul with eggs didn't taste good at all and all the order arrived cold and late.

took 3 hours to deliver. otherwise, food was very good
