Very bad experience. I noticed on the application that the runner was at the branch once my order got accepted. The order was late so i kept tracing him on the application and i noticed that he was at the branch for almost 30mins waiting for the orde...

Mango used in the ice cream is bad & taste was not good

It’s an overrated ice cream! I wanted to try it so badly because of the social media suggestions. It shows that people really don’t understand a good ice cream . It’s icy, too sweet and no smoothness. Even my daughter approved the disappointment.

There was missing item and Ice cream came very soft

I specifically mentioned that iced latte should be without sugar and it came with sugar. Cookie wasn’t as good as always.

Delivery gave me a wrong order then i called him and then he exchanged the order..when I opened the package one of the items was spilled all over

My ice cream scoop was the smallest scoop I have ever seen from Dara, unbelievable truly it’s half a scoop

asked for 2 Cones and 2 scoops of Ice-cream only got one so I called they said they would deliver me the other one and made me pay for delivery
