Waited for soooo long and received a wrong order that’s not even half of the price of my order and paid a lot, very very very bad experience

Terrible staff and customer experience at city center almaza branch. Never again

the order took 2 hours to come. i have never in my life saw such bad service

I didn’t receive the right order

When I order fillet medium I don't want to receive one that is rare or medium rare. this is now the third time that this happened. Guess I will start looking for a different steakhouse.

Beef escalope full of oil and all the breading fell off. Way too oily! Everything else was great

Everything was great accept for spring rolls; too oily and fell apart, there was oil dripping out of them. Threw away

I ordered the filet medium well but it was almost medium rare. I have experienced that a couple of times already.

I went over there with my friend as for he was hungry he ordered a meal I was not hungry so I didn’t order anything then when he ordered the waiter forced me to order a meal I tried to order juice or only soup but he told me I had to order a whole me...

I ordered a curry sauce but there was no sauce. There were only 10 French fries.

Portions are good and we love all their sauces

Good , a little bit salty but was good salmon and we liked the gravy . Wish they used real Potatoes tho not instant potatoes
