Quality deteriorated so much! Tasteless pasta عجين

Terrible quality.. not the same anymore! It deteriorated over time. Mashed pasta with a burned smell, rotten tomatoes and actually no taste!

The order total amount on application was 233 egp but the receipt was different 251 egp each time Spaghi kept doing the same issue !

Worst experience everrr

Chicken taste not as expected

The chicken parmigiana dish was the worst dish & worst chicken I’ve ever had & I can’t even reach the restaurant for a complaint & when I tried to file one through elmenus they couldn’t reach them either & did nothing .

Pesto was so bad and watery and tasted so bad

Food was very good delivery time very bad it took 2 hours for the order to arrive

arrived after 1,5 hours and it was cold ..

why do i get my food delivered from a branch while the other branch is next door ?! the food was cold and there is a huge quality difference between the two branches, not ordering again unless its from sodic branch

The food was great but it wasnt very hot when it arrived especially the pizza.
