I ordered Kunafa Cream and Kunafa Plain and got Kunafa Plain and Basbousa Plain

The konafa with nuts is completely different from the picture. It appeared as a circular tray but came as bites. The same applies to the konafa with cheese which appeared to be a circular plate along with the honey that comes with it (not included)
