الاورد وقع من الدرايڤر وهو كان محترم ودفعلي تمنه بس مكانش في قهوة عشان اشربها كلها اتدلقت

The coffee was spilt and only I received half of it

Order was very very very very very late Coffee was cold already

EVERYTHING WAS BAD

I waited more than 2 hrs to get the coffee and the taste was not as expected!

I received my order missing in the additional item, which is wrong, plus I didn't get any sugar Last time to order

The cinnamon date cookies are the most amazing cookies I’ve ever had!

I ordered the large size and the small one came

كمية القهوة كانت ناقصة بشكل ملحوظ والتغليف ادى الى ان واحد منهم ناقص جدا نتيجة انه ادلق منه شوية وعدم وجود السكر والمعالق والمناديل

I ordered mocha frappe ..they bought me matcha frappe !!

Hideous experience with 30North shorouk, they're rude and their delivery is very slow, two days in a row, 1 order took 3 hours to be delivered and it came super cold tasting very bad.. And the 2nd, took them 2 hours to deliver and same experience.

I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk but it came with coconut milk. Impossible to reach anyone to fix the mistake or even offer an explanation. Bad service from both 30 north and el menus.

It took 3 hours for the order to be delivered, and it came cold.
