For the 3rd time, the toppings requested in the special request are not respected by the restaurant.

The driver was excellent

Ice cream is perfect as usual but the delivery experience is awful! Two hours to receive the order! We never order it through Elmenus again..

The delivery man took more than an hour and a half to deliver the order and the yogurt was melted!! And he doesn’t have change!

2 toppings were missing out of 5!!!! I ordered berries and pineapple as toppings and didn’t receive them

Simply i adore every flavour they have. Please open more branches in egypt.

I chose mixed berries along with passion fruits with 8 toppings .. what about you ? انا بحب الميكس اللي بسن الباشون فروتس و البيريز و بحط عليهم فواكة اضافات .. انتوا بتحبوا ايه ؟
