The delivery was late

I Recieved Order 40 minutes late and even thought The order was all flipped over one another, the pieces were falling apart I Had a Picture of it as it wasnt the image I Expected I want a compensation as it is not acceptable at all to have an 1000 EG

طلبناه علي الفطار في رمضان ، وصل في ميعاد كويس المشكلة ان. قطع السوشي صغروها جدا جدا، الاوردر الللي كان بيفيض كل مرة، مكفناش من تصغير الحجم بتاع القطع

Very bad experience in delivery and ordering through elmenus, very messed up operation better use another app and another resturant if you are ordering delivery. I ordered at 3 and elmenus said the menu they have on the app is not correct, the ordere...

The salmon tartar and temaki were ok, portions are good. The soup was terrible Nothing like a Tom yum Balad I version of Tom yum, spaghetti & lemon? Like instead of noodles and lemon grass!

The worst sushi i ever tried the shrimp and crab salad was so bad it was not fresh and it tasted like it went bad i couldn’t swallow it and threw it away and the sushi’s quality was beyond horrible would never recommend reallyy dissatisfied and disap...
