order was very once i called the driver he came order was cold unsual to zooba i always order zooba late and portions are less than usal food it is self high quality but i won't order from el menus again first experience was bad i will order direct

The order arrived 2hours late, everything was way too salty

i think the food was prepared too early, and sat for a couple of hours before it was delivered. the ful sandwich smelled awful, re7to kant 7amdana w ta3mo we7sh. and even the taameya sandwich smelled off. all the food was very cold

I didn’t receive the order

They canceled my order and closed before iftar, it’s either them or el menus app is unreliable

Tahini box keeps shrinking every time 1/4 full this time This is not the normal amount I used to get. As a regular customer I know the past 3 time portion isn’t complete. Order came late. Eta is never accurate

Bread is too thin, so it got soggy from the food temperature and was breaking down. Taste of both sandwiches was below average
