Everything in the package covered with ice cream, even bread! Was the driver on a roller coaster??? Ruined the food!

the croissant was very bad

the deluxe omelet was very nice however the portion is small, the orange juice was over priced compared to the small size

The order was lacking the extras I have ordered however I have paid it.

This place used to be my favourite for years during the past months the quality dropped a lot. Made lots of complains with no enhancement. It’s not recommended anymore you can only order their bread that’s the only thing that doesn’t change.

The food was awful. There was hair in the food , the tissue was dirty before using it. Disgusting will never order again

Hands down, the worst ordering experience I have had in a year. The only bigger clown that the restaurant is the app business who are serving shot service.

Very oily and came in white bread not in sourdough

Mushrom was not fresh, didn’t taste good.

Caramel Macchiato was only 2/3 full because the foil got torn and I paid full price. This is probably my second time ordering from Zack’s and the first time had another issue (it tasted more like milk than coffee).

the food was good but that was no spanish omelette. just yellow bell peppers in it.

I paid for an extra male syrup and only got one. The driver had a very bad attitude.

I like Zack's and their food is really delicious, but the packaging leaves little to the imagination. You put everything together in a closed hot container, and you end up with soggy/wet bread and fries. You need to work on your packaging better.

Sandwich turkey and salmon amazing But I didn’t like coffee tasty specially for caramel malt 😣
